Edward has held varies senior management positions in multinational companies in the areas of customer services, business development, sales & marketing and senior strategic management before joining EPI.

He has been awarded top awards in a number of multinational companies in which he served of which the 'Chairman Achievement Award' at Mentor Graphics and the 'Excellence Award' and 'World Wide Field Operations Excellence Award' at Sequent are three of the most distinct awards he has received.

Edward is a member of AFCOM, IDCP, FEA, ASHRAE and many other organizations. He is also the vice-chairman of the workgroup for the Singapore Standard for BC/DR SS507.

Jan Willem has a long background of IT operations in which he has held various positions being responsible for high availability and mission-critical operations and has achieved multiple performance awards in a range of industries.

Jan Willem is a member of ISACA and ISSA.

Paige has been in various senior management roles of which her last role was as General Manager of one of the top tier IT training centres in Malaysia. Paige has been instrumental in driving the market programs in Malaysia and has secured some major wins and has also been able to ensure that EPI has been the data centre training company of choice to support the 2020 vision of the Malaysian government in which data centres play a crucial role.

Shir Lee is a highly experienced operations manager with over 2 decades of track record in the high paced IT training, audit and certification industry in senior operations management positions.  She has consistently delivered results in highly-demanding, time-sensitive environments, which requires quick decisions without compromise on quality. 

Oliver Luo
CEO, EPI China

Oliver has more than 20 years of management experience in the IT and telecommunications industry. He has held management positions in multinational companies and has an excellent track record in management, business development and the establishment of new enterprises in various regions and countries. He has solid technical knowledge, business development and growth-oriented expansion skills. He has led a large number of compliance audits based on the ANSI/TIA-942 standard for China enterprises. 

Bastiaan is heading the European expansion of EPI under EPI Europe. He has a broad management experience within the IT and training industry. He has held various positions with specialization in Marketing, Strategy and Information Technology.

Siddharth is heading the Indian operations of EPI. He has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management with a specialization in Marketing and Strategy. He has delivered a variety of the EPI courses across various continents. He has also led a large number of compliance audits based on the ANSI/TIA-942 standard and has been instrumental in securing a large number of audits within India to the extent that the ANSI/TIA-942 is now the de-facto standard for all large Data Centres on the Indian continent.

Nobuo is heading the Japan operations of EPI. Nobuo has over 30 years of experience in the field of customer services, business development, sales & marketing and held several senior management positions at multinational ICT companies.

Joseba has over 15 years of experience in the international mission-critical industry, in various senior management positions with multinational companies. He also co-founded a company which was bought over by a Fortune 500 company.  He is a focussed dynamic executive and entrepreneur with a proven track record in management, business development and establishing new ventures in different geographies.  His strong technical background and keen awareness of business and personal dynamics in different cultures make him a very effective result-oriented business manager.   

Rushan Soubar
Business Development Director, EPI Middle East & Africa

Rushan Soubar has a solid data centre background with more than 18 years experience. He has played active roles in the execution and delivery of many large scale projects for colocation providers, national and international telecommunications providers, and major GCC governmental entities across the MEA region. His extensive hands-on experience ranges from concept design, implementation, delivery, training and operations with specialization in the areas of security systems, IT infrastructure, and data centre turnkey projects.

Following in the footsteps of her husband, Mr. Javed Wadood, Nausheen Wadood fills a gap in Pakistan's data centre industry. For over 11 years, Nausheen has worked in the information technology and telecommunications industries in the corporate sales and market growth domain in various large organizations. At EPI Pakistan, Nausheen is in charge of the business development team and is responsible for the growth and success of the EPI data centre services.

Sandra is heading EPI USA, overseeing the expansion of EPI in both the USA and Canada market. She has a wealth of experience in both direct and indirect marketing with a proven track record of leading many organizations to become recognized brands in their respective markets.
