The EPI IT Training Framework is the FIRST and ONLY vendor-neutral competency-based IT Training Framework in the world for IT professionals who more than ever are required to keep up-to-date to remain relevant in the fast-paced and increasingly complex industry. It is also the first and only IT Training Framework aligned to the European e-Competence Framework (e-CF).

The program offers a career track at three levels; CITP (Certi­fied IT Professional), CITS (Certi­fied IT Specialist), and CITE (Certi­fied IT Expert). 

 
CITP is the first level and focuses on the skills, knowledge and competences required of the modern IT professional working at the entry level of IT.  A person who has achieved the CITP certificate will be able to become instantly more productive having gained knowledge and understanding of the fundamental demands in modern IT infrastructures, increasing efficiency and significantly reduce the risk for errors. 

CITS is the second level and designed to teach skills, knowledge and competences required of the modern IT specialist working at the senior engineer, team-leader, supervisor or management level in IT.  A person who has achieved the CITS certification will have the competencies required to supervise/lead/manage IT teams successfully and deliver added value to their organisations.

CITE is the premier level that prepares candidates for senior leadership positions in IT. Candidates who have passed the CITE exam will be able to provide leverage in discussions with their senior peers translating business requirements to create a high quality IT strategy and governance model aimed at supporting the business.
