Your job is to support the global marketing activities for our training and audit services. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in our company's growth and success.

This is a remote job and 90% of the time, you would be working independently from home. The home base is Malaysia.  You must possess self-drive, discipline and able to work independently.

Job Description

Working in a team, your responsibilities are:

  • Managing and improving our social media channels including updating, maintaining, driving engagements, reporting and monitoring.  The channels include LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and EPI website
  • Designing communications, visuals and creating videos for social media posts and the EPI website
  • Designing PowerPoint presentations with EPI’s template and theme
  • Organizing webinars including creating communications to drive registrations, working with EPI offices and global partner network
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions which could be different from year to year 
  • Provide market information to the management team on new digital marketing trends
  • Apply judgment and act according to EPI’s high standards of ethics and integrity
  • 90% of the time you will be working from home (based in Malaysia)

 

The following would describe the ideal profile of the person;

Must haves;

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in digital marketing
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics such as social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Design skills for static/animated visuals, presentations, and simple video editing skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language. 
  • Ability to write clear copy for various marketing materials.
  • Ability to contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and set us apart from the competition.
  • Ability to report and analyze data for the management team, which will be used to make decisions about marketing strategies and tactics. This includes website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign specific reports.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. This includes coordinating with team members, setting priorities, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

 

Great to have;

  • Prior experience in the IT/data center industry
  • Degree/Certificates in Digital Media and/or Analytics
